Progresif Sdn Bhd today announces the roll out of their self-service kiosk in response of social distancing measures that was put in place since the relapsed of COVID-19 outbreak in Brunei.
Following its business continuity plan with staffs working from home and amending policies for stores to accommodate social distancing, the brand continues to find ways to best serves its growing customer base. The self- service kiosk offers customers the option to pay their bills and to top up their prepaid account giving customers a contactless service and convenient experience.
To pay their bills or purchase top up, customer just need to enter their phone number and the amount they need to pay or the amount of top up they require. Customers have the option to pay using Pocket App or using credit or debit card. Once their payment is successful, customer can choose to send their receipt to their email address or take a picture of the transaction as proof of payment.
Junaidi Bahrum, Progresif Chief Sales Officer stated, “Our priority is always the safety and wellbeing of our customers and staffs hence we need to find ways to promote safe environment where social distancing is possible and keeping interactions to a minimum without jeopardizing our customer service.”

Progresif partnered with ThreeGMedia Sdn Bhd to deploy the self-service kiosk. It is conveniently placed at Progresif Times Square store, and will be available at Progresif Seria store soon.
