How to Set Up My Travel eSIM?
An eSIM, short for embedded Subscriber Identity Module, is a digital SIM card that is embedded within a device, such as a smartphone or tablet. Unlike traditional physical SIM cards, eSIMs are not removable or replaceable and are directly integrated into the device’s hardware.
Travel eSIM is a new mobile Add-on service from Progresif that allows you to travel seamlessly around the world without the hassle of buying or swapping physical SIM cards. This Travel eSIM is only available as a one-time purchase.
The devices in this list are eSIM capable.
There are several data options for Travel eSIM, as follows:

For now, it is available to all customers who are on our Progresif CARE+ App – you can however purchase Roaming eSIMs for your friends and family via our “Buy as Gift” option, which is applicable for non-Progresif customers.
You can register for the Progresif CARE+ app to purchase Roaming eSIM easily. Navigate to the Lifestyle tab and you will see the available destinations. Prepaid customers will have the charges deducted from their credit, meanwhile Postpaid customers will have the purchase charged to their bill.
Yes, you can. The Travel eSIM data will only start being used when you are connected to a network in the country you are visiting.
For example: You are flying Singapore on 7 August 2023 and have purchased your Asia Travel eSIM on 31 July 2023 as preparation. You can activate your eSIM but data from your Travel eSIM will only be deducted when you are in Singapore once you are connected to a network.
Once you have purchased your Travel eSIM, you will get an SMS notification to check your email and proceed with activating your eSIM by scanning the QR code provided.
Step 1: Make sure your settings for APN & Data Roaming are switched on
Step 2: Go to your device’s settings, navigate to Mobile Data/Cellular and click Add eSIM
Step 3: Scan the QR code or enter the activation details manually, as provided in your email inbox
Step 4: Switch Mobile Data to Progresif eSIM
Step 5: Once the activation is complete, your eSIM is ready to use
No, it will not automatically recur.
You will need to purchase a new Travel eSIM to continue accessing data. We recommend you plan and purchase an extra Travel eSIM ahead of time before your current data eSIM is used up – once your eSIM is used up, it will automatically get data from the next setting on your Phone or a new eSIM.
No. Roaming eSIM is not applicable for a device bundle offer.
