Progresif Refer a Friend Terms and Conditions

 

  1. The Progresif Refer a Friend Program (hereafter referred to as “Program”) is valid until 31st March 2022 (“Promotion Period”) unless specified otherwise. Under the Program, a Progresif prepaid, postpaid and Progresif Fibre subscriber (“Referrer”) who has successfully referred a friend (“Referee”) to sign up for selected Progresif mobile postpaid and Progresif Fibre services are both eligible for the referral rewards as below (“Rewards”):

·       For Referrer: BND20.00 bill rebate (if referrer is a prepaid mobile user, referrer will receive BND20.00 in prepaid credit)

 

·       For Referee: BND20.00 bill rebate

  1. Progresif staff are eligible to participate in the Program using their non-staff plans only i.e., staff plans are not eligible for the Rewards as defined above.

 

  1. An existing subscriber of Progresif may obtain a unique personal Referral Code (“Referral Code”) by registering for the Progresif Affiliate program on Progresif’s Care+ app.

 

  1. The Referrer may provide the Referral Code to friends or family. The Referrer must be mindful not to send unwanted spam messages and only send direct messages inviting people to use the Referral Code to subscribe to Progresif’s services to people the Referrer knows or believes may be interest in subscribing to Progresif’s services. The Referrer is responsible for ensuring that any person to whom a direct message is sent consents to receiving that message.

 

Spamming is strictly not allowed. Spamming is where the Referrer repeatedly posts their Referral Code with no intent or positive value other than to disseminate their referral code. This includes but is not limited to posting Referral Codes on Progresif’s Instagram and any other third-party website or any other third-party website or page of which the Referrer is not an owner of.

 

  1. In order for both the Referrer and the Referee to be eligible to receive the Rewards under the Program, the Referee must:

 

5.1 be an individual who is not the Referrer and who is:

5.1.1   not currently a subscriber of Progresif postpaid mobile or Progresif Fibre services;

5.1.2   an existing Progresif subscriber who wishes to sign up for a new postpaid mobile plan or fibre plan; or

5.1.3   an existing Progresif subscriber who wishes to upgrade their existing postpaid mobile or fibre plan.

5.2 sign up for the Service online on Progresif webstore; and

5.3 use the Referral Code; and

5.4 the sign up must be successful subject to registration requirements applicable for the relevant Service.

 

  1. A referral will be considered successful and eligible for the Rewards only when the referral is complete and the Referee has successfully signed up online to a new Progresif service subject to Progresif’s approval and verification procedures.

 

  1. Once the orders are successfully closed, the Referrer and Referee will receive their Rewards as follows:

For the prepaid Referrer:

The BND20.00 prepaid credit will be paid to the Referrer’s prepaid account once the Referee’s order has been verified, paid and activated.

 

For the avoidance of doubt, the payout of this reward will not extend the extending validity of the Referrer’s prepaid balance.

 

 

For the postpaid/fibre Referrer:

The BND20.00 bill rebate will take effect on the Referrer’s existing bill once the Referee’s order has been verified, paid and activated.

 

 

For the postpaid/fibre Referee:

The BND20.00 bill rebate will take effect on the Referee’s existing bill once the Referee’s order has been verified, paid and activated.

 

 

 

For Mobile Postpaid & Progresif Fibre

Non-Contract plan

 

For the prepaid Referrer:

The prepaid credit will be paid to the Referrer’s prepaid account

within two (2) billing cycles from the date the Referee’s order has been verified, paid and activated.

 

Illustration: if the Referee’s plan is activated on 13th October, the Referrer will receive the prepaid credit payout on 1st December.

 

For the postpaid/fibre Referrer:

The BND20.00 bill rebate will take effect on the Referrer’s second bill from the date that the Referee’s order has been verified, paid and activated.

 

Illustration: if the Referee’s plan is activated in October, the Referrer will receive the bill rebate on their December bill.

 

 

For the postpaid/fibre Referee:

The BND20.00 bill rebate will take effect on the Referee’s second bill from the date that the Referee’s order has been verified, paid and activated.

 

Illustration: if the Referee’s plan is activated in October, the Referee will receive the bill rebate on their December bill.

 

 

  1. The Rewards are granted on a per line basis.

 

  1. The Referrer shall not solicit referrals by coercing or misleading the Referee with untruthful or inaccurate representations of Progresif of any kind.

 

It should be clear to any layperson that the Referrer, in sharing their Referral Code and information about Progresif is not an employee or official representative of Progresif. The Referrer shall not attempt to insinuate that they are affiliated with Progresif in any way.

 

The Referrer shall not sell or offer Referral Codes on any third-party website.

 

  1. If Progresif believes that any referral is illegitimate or fraudulent, Progresif reserves the right to disqualify and remove the benefits from relevant individuals.

 

  1. Progresif may suspend, change, or cancel this program at any time, without notice. Progresif reserves the right to suspend or terminate any subscriber’s participation in this Program for fraud, abuse, misuse, harassment, or other inappropriate or suspicious activity.

 

  1. The Referrer shall indemnify Progresif and/or its affiliates against all losses, damages, claims and/or other liabilities suffered thereby arising from the provision of any false or wrong information to Progresif, the breach of any of these terms and conditions and their participation in the Program.

 

  1. Progresif shall not be liable for any loss or damage in connection with the Program, including any error in computing any changes, any breakdown or malfunctions in any system or equipment, Progresif assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete and/or illegible forms or any mode of communications.

 

  1. Progresif’s decision on all matters relating to the Program is final, conclusive and binding. No appeal or correspondence will be entertained or accepted by Progresif. Progresif shall not be obliged to give any reason or enter into any correspondence with any person on any matter concerning the Program.

 

  1. Progresif reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time without giving any prior notice to you. The Referrer agrees that the display of the revised terms and conditions on the Progresif website will constitute notice of the changes. The Referrer’s continued participation in the Program will constitute acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

 

  1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Brunei Darussalam and parties agree to be bound by the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brunei Darussalam.
