Position Description
Support the creation, design, and implementation of complex solutions for Progresif’s Enterprise customers and identify potential areas of growth. The role includes developing solutions that aligns with the need of Enterprise segment and Progresif products and services.
Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s Degree in ICT/ Computing/ Business Analysis or any related field
Experience Required
- For a Degree-holder, at least 2 years of work experience in technical, commercial or in any related field.
- For a non-Degree holder, at least 4 years of work experience in technical, commercial or in any related field.
- Experience in telecommunication industry is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports Enterprise Sales unit and Head of Enterprise Solutions in identifying and validating technology solutions that will drive high ROI for globally recognized brands across enterprise technology and more.
- Coordinates the implementation of enterprise projects which includes planning, execution, and finalization according to strict deadlines and budgets by:
a. Supporting the line manager in defining scopes, managing timelines, and monitoring workflows to ensure timely delivery.
b. Acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or solutions consultants to deliver projects.
c. Proactively managing changes in project scope, identify potential project risks and crises, and devise contingency and mitigation plans. - Defining project success criteria and continuously update internal and external stakeholders throughout project life cycle which includes project milestones and realistic forecasts of final deliverables.
- Support the Head of Enterprise Solutions to design comprehensive product and technical solutions that Progresif is capable of implementing, based on Progresif’s Value Proposition.
- Conduct the technical assessment discussions with the clients, alongside the Enterprise Relationship Managers, understanding the client’s technical requirements, technical needs, client’s architecture, and technical issues/ concerns to create a suitable solution.
- Develop cross-functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate resources and to successfully implement projects as aligned with client expectations. This includes engaging with 3rd party vendors for discovery and viability testing of new products and offerings and creating compelling and engaging marketing materials that explain the benefits of the technology solution and help to sell it to potential enterprise customers.
- Identify potential areas for process improvement and provide suggestions for growth to ensure delivery of quality solutions to clients.
- Responsible in handling the technical details/ architecture and outlining all product requirements in the proposals for all Enterprise customers’ and prospects’ RFPs, RFIs, RFQs & RODs.
- Provide post-sales technical support in the design, development and implementation of enterprise solutions. This includes coordinating with the Progresif Enterprise Experience Centre (EXC) team in providing support for Enterprise projects.
- Support the definition of product processes and ensures product knowledge of USP and features are well-informed and streamlined internally:
a. Support training and communications of Progresif Products and Services to all staff, especially Enterprise Sales;
b. Ensuring product and services are communicated accordingly to external customers and target customers with PR & Communications and Marketing.
