Progresif Facilitates Knowledge Exchange During IBTE Student Visit

Progresif was delighted to once again be hosting the HNTec in Real Estate Management and Agency students from the Institute of Brunei Technical Education (IBTE). Building on the success of previous years, Progresif together with IBTE aim to equip this year’s cohort of 23 students with industry-standard practices to aid their transition into their future roles.


Understanding the significance of customer service in their prospective careers, Progresif invited team leaders and professionals to share their insights and best practices on delivering exceptional customer service in the realm of customer service industry. This initiative underscores Progresif’s commitment to fostering the growth and development of the nation’s students by imparting essential practical knowledge that will be invaluable in their educational and professional journeys.

The event was moderated by Azri bin Haji Jamai and Ramizah binti Mohd Azri, Training Officers at Progresif, who had enlightened a wealth of experience and expertise to the program.
The workshop was held from 10th to 12th June, between 9am to 5pm at Progresif Headquarter. The students engaged in a comprehensive 3-day workshop, which includes 2 days of intensive training followed by 1 day dedicated to presentations by the students.

The training sessions focused on essential business etiquette and service excellence, ensuring that participants can actively learn and apply these principles to excel in their future careers. This practical experience provides the students with a competitive edge as they embark on their 6-month attachments with various companies in the coming months.
