On Monday, 19 June 2023, Miftah An-Nur Islamic International School and Progresif Sdn Bhd are signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to solidify a strategic partnership that promises to pave the way for the future of education and technology in Brunei Darussalam.
The momentous signing ceremony took place on 19th June 2023 at Progresif Headquarters, Gadong. The event was attended by esteemed guests, including Miftah An-Nur’s Chairman of the Board of Directors, Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Anak Haji Muhammad Ruzaini bin Pengiran Dr Haji Mohd Yakub, the Executive Principal, Mr Bilal Buttar, and CEO of Progresif, Hajah Nurul Haniah binti Haji Md Jaafar.
The MOU signifies that Miftah An-Nur future-proof new campus located at Sungai Akar will be powered by Progresif’s advanced fibre technology. The new Miftah An-Nur campus which is set to be completed in August 2023, is a purpose-built facility that will provide new opportunities for the community. Equipped with state-of-the-art technologies, classrooms and interactive learning spaces, the new campus sets the stage for immersive and dynamic educational experiences.
Beyond the new campus infrastructure, Miftah An-Nur and Progresif are embarking on a collaborative journey, aiming to serve the larger community in Brunei Darussalam and giving contributions to achieve the nation’s Wawasan 2035 vision. Through this collaboration, more opportunities will be explored to drive educational excellence, technological innovation and community development.
